The same I remove social media apps from my phone before I post a 30 day width timer.

On the first day I feel uncomfortable, I feel addicted and continue the week
but the following days became weak
After the first week
I completely forget about socializing and the whole next day I live normally, I focus on talking a lot, after sleep and days off I was filled with more rested, and this continued until the end.
findings
After this challenge, I set a limit of 30 minutes on social media. I don’t use my phone in bed. This challenge is very cool.
